Draggin

No, I'm not making fun of people in wheel chairs, but I am making fun of this lady. I saw her near the library a couple months ago. Not only did she not need the wheel chair and was sit-walking down the sidewalk, but she was frantically puffing on her cig to the tempo of a two stroke engine...tweek, puff, tweek, puff, tweek, puff. A regular casey junior coming down the track.

This picture just made me laugh! I used to work at Barnes & Noble and there was a crazy homeless lady who looked just like this (sit-walking in the wheelchair and all) who used to shoplift at the store. Maybe we saw the same person - they're both obviously drawn to places with books.

Her posture and the expression on her face are fantastic. Hilarious post!

Sweet style. It's o.k. to make fun of people in wheel chairs, they are people too. I would hate to be excluded just because I was in a wheel chair. Reference from life always makes the best designs. Cool stuff.

This is hilarious. I loved the sketch, and it's even better with color. I wish I had seen this lady. I'm looking forward to seeing the weed-whacker next.

Ouch---people assume so much. The chair is too short, or her legls too long. Letting the chair carry 2/3 of her weight helps but her arms and legs may not be quite strong enough to move the chair independently. She might have a balance or brain order
that makes it hard for her to stand.

You might be not making fun of some disabled people you know. There are others. . .
