The official, unofficial blog of Avalanche Software employees. Avalanche is a game development studio. We created the Tak and the Power of Juju property for Nickelodeon and we were recently acquired by Disney. We are currently creating new properties and developing games based on Disney Feature Animation films. This blog is a vehicle to help keep us creatively fresh and help us sharpen our skills... but mostly for fun.

Nice one, Scott!
I loved these game so much as a kid. Mostly because I was bigger than my cousins, so even if they beat me I would beat them up in real life to make up for it. Satisfaction came no matter the game's outcome.
Awesome painting!
I love it!! :) Brings back lots of memories as a kid lol
wow this is fantastic, great job
Thanks guys,
Sam: Street Fighter actually protected my brother, cause it was so much more fun to beat him up in SF, than it was in real life.
we still have to do Street Fighter for the next topic!
this totally looks like it could be part of SF4. Great job, dude.
Woohoo! My favorite character. :D
Amazing work.
really nice Scott.
Never could have finished it without animation scrum doodle sessions.
Street Fighter is one of the things that got me into drawing as a child. Ken was my favorite character. I think he actually says "Tatsumaki senpuu-kyaka!"but the old SNES sound made it sound like your title. :)
