Can't anyone come up with anything more original then "Wanted" across the top of their poster?
When I find this guy, I'll be sure to claim the reward by visiting davemalan.com. He looks like he'd be about the easiest person on the planet to find in a crowd. I love the eyebrows and mustasche. Looks great, man.
